Our Current Needs

We are looking at all qualified applicants.

Our Personality

We are folks with normal day jobs (whats normal anyway?) and a moderate desire to soak some sun on occassion, and once in a while the dog simply must poo in the corner.  We try to take things with a grain of salt, and not get worked up for silly reasons.  That being said, we value our time spent in raids and expect the same mutal respect from each person attending. Having an off day is ok, not bringing your best effort as a habit is not ok.

We don't maintain a rotating roster, we maintain a solid group that learns and plays together. brick walls can suck it.  There is always the possibility that several players may sit out for the benefit of the raid.

What have we created?

A small raiding guild with a roster of about 25-30 people max. We are very focused on the community that MMOs can foster and believe that this is of high value and greatly influences raiding success. Popular opinion says that you cannot find 20 people that will both raid well and get along. We believe you can, because we’ve done it in past MMOs. Because of the nature of MMOs, guilds are dictatorships, it is simply more efficient. That said, your opinions are very important to us, and we welcome all input. We will consider this input, and make the decisions that are best for the guild.

In raiding though, improvement in usually made through personal responsibility and critique.  At times you will be addressed on the subject of skill improvement.

When do we raid?

3 days per week. Wednesday, Thursday, and Tuesday nights from 6 to 9 pm Server Time. Optional 10 mans on Sunday.

Killing bosses is fun, but killing bosses 6 days a week for 6 hours a night isn’t fun, nor is spending so much time on a boss that its simply wipewipewipe till its win on accident. You will be told if you play poorly.  If you think that this type of community oriented environment is what you are looking for, contact us in game, or head to our forums and leave us a post.
